1. Worst work cultue. 2. Torture to employees by two South Indians 3. Arrogant behaviour towards employees 4. Always one side discussion..If you explain anything, treat very badly and take resignation from employees. 5. This is not the Jindal Saw where employees used to enjoy to work l and maintain work life balance.

Don't think that it's Jindal Group Before join please ask detailed salary structure, Don't go with CTC only otherwise you will surprise when first salary credit in your account. No job security you can be fire any time.

Company policiee are very good and working environment is also good. Teammates are very helpful nature.

Salary is descent but career growth is very slow. There is some issue with the management for doing political work

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
