They are 10years back. They are not focus on work they are only focus on your personal life only... if you are good in Buttering then you are superb. There is no career growth there. Some good people are there , they are trying to change and improve the management thinking but some illiterate people are sitting on top and they are expert in Buttering. Everything is dislikble only

Great People, Good Opportunities, Good Pay, and Facilities such as accommodation and food. The Institute provides Naturopathy treatment for lifestyle diseases and help promote lifestyle changes for healthy life.

Higher Management could be better. Slow to get things done, but gets there in the end.

...em, merit is rewarded and recognized sooner than later but there are exceptions. Pay and bonuses are industry standards

Campus is away from the congested roads and heavy traffic of Bangalore. It's green and fill of nature

...man show !! All the people work in fear. Undue fines, that too without receipts. Salary cuts, and demotions just because the management owns the campus. The believe they own you as they provide accommodation to you. They may throw you out in a single night too. No time limit for work. They can spend and save as they like when it comes to management, when it comes to engineering, every single rupee matters. Pathetic people running the institute and scared people working in it. Total harassment !!
