College Restroom and Library is good. College architecture is good. They have grounds for basketball, lawn tennis and badminton. Stay arrangements for the Professors is good. Canteen is well maintained and hygienic.

Dislikes

They don't consider opinions from the Professors in the Staff meeting. They will listen and always object opinions esp Female staff. The meeting are for name sake. They try to meddle in Personal life and deal with people in a manipulative or devious way as for defaming the Professor or for their job advancement. As much as the college looks pleasant to eyes from outside, it more worse on the inside. No growth in career & poor management.

Dislikes

No professional behaviour. Fixed opinions during meeting. No consideration of opinions esp from female staff. Instead of encouraging and bringing the better change to the academics, to the college and to the working staff, they are behind private life and obnoxious rumours to bring down the respect of the person. Politics, politics and politics.

Ya coming to negatives .. they have not provided a separate accommodation for me what they promised me at the time of interview and during covid situation as a dentist can't perform any clinical practice they asked me to resign and prepared and given an experience certificate 15 days prior my resignation ... and they always order you to do something never discuss with you what is the problem
