Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...senior 17 years experience person.No respect to M.Tech candidate.No work ethics. After 2 months still waiting for salary.Salary not on time.

Dislikes

No respect to 17 years industry experienced guy. Salary not on time. Mismanagement. No vehicle for staff they have to arrange it on own. No Job security after 2 months without paying his compensation said go. Be careful ( Sab Golmal) Relatives party No Public relations Shortage of money from day1
