Worst culture. Managers don't respond properly. If you are a diploma holder, you won't get even induction training. You'll get coupled with line right from the first day of joining. Poor politics culture No skill development Whole in a nut shell. Join JCB PPI only when you are in 3 star tier 1 company and want to jump in OEM. Otherwise your life will be nothing less than hell.
