Timely payment to all but staff not paid so left out during lock down. Good Management support but Future Growth not sure as compitant employees not waiting more than a year due to polluted industrial area. Frequent change of operators due to low salary structure efficiency could not able to maintain or improved.

No Humanities shown to employees. 12 hrs work culture restricted personal growth and training not arranged to needed employees to improve skills and knowledge with experience.

Its forging company which manufactures gear using CNC and VMC machine. For fresher, you will learn more about CNC, VMC operation, Quality inspection, raw material inspection, and also about production. I have learned a lot about quality inspection and also about production planning.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

1st is working hrs its more than 10 hrs. Shifts change every week which makes it uncomfortable to fix our daily routine.
