Very very bad AGM - Shailender Taneja, jab tak wo company m hai company m koi sahi tarh s kaam hi nahi kar sakta. Wo sirf management k samne sabko galat kehkar khud ki naukri bachkar chalna chahta hai Or management bhi yaha aakhe band karke bathe hai jise kuch dikhta hi nahi hai

अब दिल्ली ऑफिस में पैकेट डिविजन के प्रमुख एक सेल्स मैन से डायरेक्ट AGM बना हुआ है व्यक्ति है जिसको केवल गुलामी करनी आती है और अपेक्षा भी यही करता है 🤗 उसको सत्य से कोई मतलब नहीं है ना कंपनी हित की चिंता है

Got the job without much High qualification. It was managed wonderfully till Mr. B K Birla's leadership.

The corporate politics. The unprofessional attitude of previous top bosses. No out of box thinking. Some stalwarts needed to go, particularly at plantation division.

Most toxic company ever. My senior is extremely toxic person and very rude. He always bullying me in front of all labours. Very inhuman behaviour no time for sleep and other stuff. Approx 19 hours hectic job field and factory both work. Always they uses slangs. No accomodation, only a guest room , when someone comes you will be throw out from there. Most toxic environment and uneducated, unprofessional seniors. If someone wants to join here please join with your own risk.
