Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

ITS A WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORK WITH THEM...

Dislikes

NO WORK LIFE. NO FUTURE. NO COMPENSATION. GROWTH IS SLOW. EVERY SINGLE DAY I WORK AROUND 14-15 HOURS. MANAGERS DO NOT VALUES AN INDIVIDUALS.NO APPRAISALS IN MID WAY YEAR. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE UNEDUCATED.

...ity and behavioural issues especially with the Business Unit Head - Vimal Dhar. Company does not follow a structured salary system. The basic salary is purposely kept low across all levels so as to keep the PF component as low as possible. They do not have a HR team and adopt ad hoc method to address HR issues.No health insurance benefit for spouse which is not an appreciable fact.

They can close the bussiness any time if not getting jobs. Hiring people from very good company and then ask for resiganation. Worst company I have ever seen in my life. Dont join this company. Even Chairman is not taking right action. Worst Management. Behaving like a startup.
