...else.They change their projects everyday.1 project 1 person I mean is it a joke.The manager takes lacks of salary ending up doing 0 work where they only hire interns with 15k or 20k from ONLY IITs even the ones who are permanent there get a huge 28k salary per month. I pitty the founder as he has to be dependent on his idiot and treacherous manager and his so called friends who considers himself to beat all the big tech giants single . The owner is a nice man and hence I would recommend him toh take any project no matter how small it is to survive asap.

It's working under Indian Navy. That's why it's cultural centre based according to Naval Government.

Salary is very less and no promotion attend in this company. Because all are the same position which is Designe Engineer

There is project incharge vipin kumar who takes biased decision and do harassment with its working people who works under him. Removes him (vipin kumar) as much as possible.

Everything is hateful there.Nothing to like.

1. Bad work environment. 2. Will force you to work weekend if you don't they'll mark leave for it. 3. Management is worst. 4. Manager is the bad, he will not take any accountability and try to prove he is best in the office. 5. Will give you unrealistic deadlines and force you to work after hours for it.

Only owner Mr. Sharma is very good person and always response for your query and any kind of help.

Dislikes

All staff is very careless, no supportive except owner Mr. Sharma sir. Evem the staff never replies for your any mail, even it is urgent mail, they will never reply, never support, worst HR team.
