Lazy, incompetent people who do not want to learn because then they would actually have to work. Gender discrimination at the work place, upper management do not come to office but expect everyone else to, huge pay disparity. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the ICC and GRC are a joke, leaking every confidential thing as gossip. It’s a money making firm using public money to fund debauchery and exploitation of the people they pretend to help. This org should be investigated.

One can only waste their professional years working in this organization. This organization including all the work locations are only filled with illiterate, lazy, incompetent and rude people. One the field workers working towards the betterment of the society that too get influenced by this organization culture and no longer wishes to serve the humanity instead only focus on the continuous money they will get from this organization. This organization has only one mantra 'extreme surveillance', not so surprising, the senior management people are excluded from this mantra benefits and they are the same people who do not attend meetings, does not come to office, do not do any field visits and do not do any work. The employees are discriminated in this organization based on their education and gender. Employee safety is not ensured during any field visits. There is no work-life balance, excessive calling will ruin all your 7 days. Mostly, people are undercompensated here, and also hardworking employees are not given any raise, promotions, appreciation and acknowledgement.
