A good starting package as fas as Yamunanagar location is concerned.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture, increments decided on personal likes and dislikes of management rather than performance. No defined work area and standard. Worst work life balance. Hard to take any leave for any work.

Compensation is good but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Senior management do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
