ITS PROJECT LOCATIONS ARE HARD , IN HIMALYAN TERRAIN , BUT NOW A DAYS COMPANY HAS DIVERSIFIED ITS DOMAIN. SOME PARTLITY DUE TO HIMACHAL GOVT SHARE IN PROMOTION , CONSIDERATIONS OF HIMACHAL& NON-HIMACHAL

1. Hiring of staff by outsourcing process not by regular 2. lower payoff & no benefits to outsourced employees. 3. Irrelevant 'Tuglaki Farmaan' (foolish orders) by Govt. Officials to increase the statistical data. 4. Many times no ground work done only in papers.

Maintenenc work not proper after completion of any work, reason behind lack of funds.which agency maintain the scheme they are not doing properly maintain .but jal Nigam be डिफेम for this reason.
