I worked at Jaivel Aerospace for a year (Aerospace is only in the name, No Aerospace project in the company ), and my experience was quite disappointing due to its toxic work culture. The company prioritizes cost-cutting to an extreme extent that even air conditioning is not turned on even in peak summer, water filters are rarely changed, and basic cleanliness, such as daily floor cleaning, is neglected. additionally, limited software licenses force employees to wait or adjust based on priority. The company provides outdated and slow PCs, yet management blames employees for inefficiency instead of upgrading the hardware. despite branding itself as an aerospace company, there is no real aerospace-related work, only CAD drafting and Engineering Change Notices ( ECN ). They frequently mislead employees about upcoming projects, but in reality, their work is mostly documentation and drafting. Work-life balance is non-existent. The official working hours are 9 hours per day, but in reality, employees are expected to work 10- 11 hours without any overtime compensation. plus add 2hrs of daily commute to work, which will take up your 12-14 hrs, depending on the work load and your residential place. Only recommend to people who are looking for good salary as fresher with no prior tech experience.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resting. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Gateway of Hell Want to spoil your career join it Morden way of slavery, i also was aware of all the reviews but I didn't believe because I was oversmart (a fool ) I went through the website found all goody goody things but from inside it's just a garbage, i am feeling bad while I'm writing this that someone who gave you job and behind their back you are writing this but sorry I have to write this if atleast one person by reading this can be saved from slavery 🙏 guys I too were aware of reviews but I didn't took it seriously and wested nearly years not one. This is not the place where you are supposed to be just go back man/gurl and find something else. I wish you all the best.

If you have 2 options 1 is jaivel another is hell don't be hesitate choose hell may b you find something good there but in jaivel nothing good

I joined Jaivel Aerospace six months back and they have terminated me by giving the reason that my performance is not upto mark. During these tanure of six months I worked on only 2 projects and they were delivered on time. I left my previous organisation where I was about to be promoted but in the name of aerospace domain I switched my job and now I am no where.
