No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Organized avents and festivals celebration in office. M.D. is a very good person for business ethics and very positive attitude for business.

Dislikes

...urity for employees no benifits for employees. In Covid time also we face same . The leaders was pressurized for work after Covid positive the sales person handling to customers for salary.

There is nothing i liked about working there. There was no such support given by the company and even made me work during the lockdown. They didn't even clear my pending dues and fired me without and prior notice and proper reason. They were not able to take full advantage of my expertise in the field.

Dislikes

There is no proper management. I was hired for the job of corporate channel sales manager but i was made to do the job at retail counter and salesman on the field. There is not tracker management about the staff working but yet there judged below there potential.
