Atmosphere of this company was really good they were providing good benifits except salaries and appraisals. Learning experience was good as company use to provide training before every project launched.

At Jai Steel Facilitation you will never get any type of policy documentation such as offer letter, joining letter, salary slip, relieving letter etc. Due to lack of documents you can't claim your employment at any point of time.

Dislikes

No proper job training. Job security is very poor. You can be terminated at any point of time.
