I don't like anything in Jai Shakti Engineering

Dislikes

They Hold my Hard Earned Salary When I left form Jai Shakti Engineering and Construction I don't see this type of company which hold salary after person left. Overall my opinion is if you are going to join Jai Shakti Engineering Then wait and find some other better option.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
