It is a horrible hell hole that treats employees like shit, the CXOs do not under what a leave is, they expect you to pull all nighters and then do not care or do not use your work. You will be treated like a servant and given a 1% appraisal and an increase in working hours at this thankless firm. NO ONE should join this hell hole organisation. HORRIBLE FIRM HORRIBLE EMPLOYERS HORRIBLE PLACE

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
