There was nothing to like at Jade by Monica and Karishma.

Dislikes

Long work hours. Poor management. No employee benefits. Less salary. There is a fighting and shouting match between employees or HOD's every second day. Too much of politics within the department heads.

Absolutely Nothing, the partners of the firm treat their employees as In-Human

Dislikes

...partners falls on their deaf ears, very stubborn, ignorant & not caring company. The deduct salary from what was mentioned in the offer letter. Just when the partner felt,he dropped an email stating that 10% to 20% will be deducted from the salary of the employees every month. Saturdays are half day till 3 but the partner they themselves come at 2 and expect everyone to sit till 7 pm. I would suggest NO ONE TO WORK IN THIS COMPANY, if you get an offer please decline it immediately

Monica madam behaviour is very good she is a lot of learning all employees and she is very hardworking.

Management is very bad Hr team is not supported and employee not satisfied and hod of all departments specially factory incharge merchandiser head is Very bad

The management is worst the core team is pathetic and has people with no experience on pannel both the directors are irrelevant and lot of politics in the heads of departments People give self proclaimed designation to self no HR policy salary is very below the belt so are the people. A very unorganised and instable firm even if you give years and years of loyalty to the company they still dump you like trash. And company preserve trash like Mansi the head of merchandising and she is degrading the company totally she is worst human failed leader and untrusted and unfaithful to her own company This company can give you zero growth.

The rest of the people are extremely hard working. Though there is alot of constant pulling down from the leaders and Managers. HODs and Owners will shout at you and show extremely unprofessional behaviour.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appreciation, no employee benefits. Pay is below industry standards, they expect one person to do 3 people work without giving back anything in return, Asked to leave citing not good performance without adequate training and time. Very adhoc. There was no HR team now they have one, they try hard to help and make employee friendly policies however, the management and few senior members pose a challenge.
