Easy Interview but very lesser Salary. They will offer you 15k in HR not more than 17k is their budget. Mr. Amit Khamar is a very Kind and Valuable guy for this company.

HR Manager is an Ugly Guy with no sense. He encourages employees to get a clean shave and then only come to the company. Internal politics level is very high & growth is as good as null. Managers are filled with egoistic attitude and got no help from my fellow teammates as a person named Kush and his ego is destroying the HR Department. They have a very bad attitude towards the new joinee only if they are male. If a female joins, everyone will show their support to her just to impress her. Nothing but a bad company to be with.

Not too much tough culture here, very good organization for sales staff level employees, never hold the Salary, never deduct salary for late coming, it is deducted from quarterly incentive

No SOP, No job security, before me 4 Store Managers had been terminated with in 1 or 2 months, by company owner, and I was the 5th who was terminated with in 3 months, I don't understand why they people hire the another manager in store, while owner terminates them with in 2 to 3 months, Exterme kanjus owner, and he terminates without any notice period or never issue any warning letter before terminations, complete useless company and owner, only people who works there since many years can survive there, even operation head and other regional manager left the company, No Strong HR, and Total LALA culture in company, even we can say it totaly unorganised family business, 12 hours duty

in very bad summer of gujarat, they allow us to start AC(but not below 26 degree). and mostly they provide us tea on time.sweeper comes daily to clean office.& you will get clean water to drink.

well, these guys are typical LALAs. world is changing ultra quickly but these brainy people love to stay 20-30 years behind of time(whoever is making strategy seems a bit unstable).their hiring practice is a joke. they will hire & when notice period gets over, they will fire.(i think they must be enjoying training new employees every 6 months.. they have such budget to spare).owners & their sons treat employees like shit. I never understood which kind of achievement motivates them to behave in such way. company is not growing, their products are copied from other brands but with poorest quality,their stores are UTMOST DULL with literally illiterate managers & staff.most of the department heads are LIABILITY but they have managed to survive because they keep licking *** of 'you know what i mean'. i've heard from many old employees that they exploit women employees in many ways. when she complains, she gets fired & predators get promoted. it's a shame to be associated with such company.

Good work environment under the Leadership of Amit Khamar Sir. The way he understands people and their importance in organisation. I pray for everyone that in their organisation, HR manager should be like him.
