Overall management is so strong. I seen so much scope for leaning news things and chances for increment of an employee.

The food cultures is need to upgraded, The operators are working heavy so they need to provide energy drinks on break time rather than providing them Tea.

... your intrest of work you like to work on product or just to work on concepts. No Saturday off and yes salary hike is 10 % at November and 5 % at mid. Profit sharing is there but it is not much.
