This company is growing in such a rate that I am shocked that how can some one grow in such a speed,good management, salary in time even at this stage when the big companies are not providing salary on time. Good growth, self development and job satisfaction.

I love my experience working in JCC as it was the best platform to start my career into HR as a fresher as my Manager had faith in me who really trained me and also supported me in every HR Task and also indeed learnt a many new things which turned about to be best in me.I really enjoyed my 2+ years working in JCC with having one of best HR Manager and also with my collogues whom I won't meet ever as they were also ready to help professionally as well as personally. "Some of the Best people that you will ever meet work there"

In my openion the site management jealous about Gujju people who working on site and tries to misguided HO management

I worked in the company as a Safety Supervisor, my overall experience was good. Learnt a lot because you will get a chance to work on big projects as company deals on the big construction projects. One should definately join if got a chance to work with.

As you know its a construction company then one should realy keep ot in mind that you will get week off once in a week but not more than that because construction is always going on on the site.
