No self-improvement, There's no proper sop's followed here. No proper training for new joiners. Poor safety aspects. Highly risk work environment. There's no health insurance benefits for employees and workers. Appraisal and Incentives are not encouraged here. Worst top management.

Likes

Few employees are dedicated for so many years because of the company culture. It is like my second home, infact 1st home. Most of my time is spent here only. There is no boss subordinate culture, we work as a team. Women's safety is at its peak. 100% safety for women employees.

There is ample scope for learning and development as it is a manufacturing company. The company has plants PAN India and you get to interact with people across languages and cultures, which helps in your development.

Dislikes

The Company strongly believes in hire and fire, no job security whatsoever. Their culture and conduct is far from professional. No uniform policies for the organisation when it comes to HR matters. It's a one man shop rather than a public limited company.

Likes

The Company is in growing phase now , they have got upcoming new projects and plants. The water proofing industry is a very booming and IWL is band name in market . Employees are very friendly and working environment here is safe. Management is good and supportive. Policies are employee friendly.

As a marketing guy i was fresher to field when i joined here . The Company gave me opportunity to explore my self and supported me in terms of elevating my technical and communication skills . In India for membrane, pypkote and emulsion IWL has established its name in the waterproofing industry , which i will say is a plus point . IWL has started in late 1980's now it has become a 100 crore company . The system they follow for order execution is good and staff are very cooperative it's a team work here . To conclude it has strong technical support team and excellent ERP system with budding HR team employee Grievance. Its is a very good place to work.
