No work life balance, not respecting employees time, keeping meetings after office hours and expect you to stay back after office hours, even employees has their family. Short of inventory, they can tell you to leave when ever they want no job security

Life is hectic. That's how it ought to be at a startup. But it means you have good and bad days. It's like a pill - it is bitter, but it is ultimately good for me!
