Overall it's good environment for hardworking and those want to new things apart of regular work. The working culture good or bad it's depend on personal. What I observed.

They should work on compensation structure and leave policy.

No work pressure because there is no work/ projects at all. Work Privacy is also given.

...ike/promotion is terrible, too much politics, no additional benefits whatsoever. They cut salary for extra breaktime etcs.

There is nothing to like here not a single thing.

...ife then please wait till your good turn, don't even think to join this company. They will ask you to pay for your certification and never reimburse it. If you fail then your money is gone. Whatever skill you have learned you will forget that also after joining this company. Some seniors are there they will never let you grow. And lastly you ll end up with no confidence and no skills for switch. The management here is hell.

...ical, lot of partiality,, company are de-grading the employees like anything. on salary based, no allowances, no proper salary is given, terminating the employees without an ethical reason.

The company working environment is pretty good where they have various opportunities to projects and they have a good work life balance as well with good percentage of hike rate compared to other company.IT is very good if you want to grow in early stages of your career where you will gain various opportunity to upgrade yourself.

Dislikes

Nothing much to comment.IT is a pretty good company with few things that has to be improved but from my perspective it can be easily ignored.
