Don’t think to join here Read “twicely” Remove all seniority gang they don’t want work only just want salary. If owner want to grow business hire employees more for particular role, faculty’s are working as hell & working is like call centre+teaching+helper+other etc work…. Please don’t join 2 departments 1. Exam 2. Admission This department work if join any person he/she has to do all work no support only work load .

Likes

Work life balance is good incompare to Parul University. Job Security is also till you work here on low salaries. Staff behavior is very good they help each other till the dean levels.

Dislikes

The computer lab and Wi-Fi facilities at the university are non-functional 90% of the time. The university's president and vice president show little concern for the welfare of students and faculty. Instead, their focus seems to be on artistic artworks and marble installations around the campus, rather than addressing the pressing need to improve the university's infrastructure. Furthermore, staff members are paid significantly lower salaries compared to those working at Parul and Navrachna universities. Exam department is one of the worst department to work on.

Nobody cares what you are doing as long as you are in the good books of the management and toeing the line.

Dislikes

The management does not care about students or staff or anybody for that matter. There are no rules. The organization runs on the whims and desires of one person. The VP will buy a ridiculously expensive car every year while informing employees that the organization is running in loss so everybody takes a pay cut. No challenge and hence no growth.
