It has been an extremely disappointing experience working with this company. The workplace culture is toxic, with no regard for employee well-being or professional growth. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the management is both unprofessional and unapproachable. The HR team fails to address concerns and seems indifferent to employee issues. Job security is non-existent, creating a constant sense of instability and stress. Overall, it is one of the worst organizations I have encountered, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a positive and secure work environment.
