Promotions are given based on how good you are in doing politics and blaming others work If you know the Manager before in person then you can be a team lead regardless of the years of experience within one year of joining the organisation No work life balance at all Treats like we don’t have a life out of work The Dev Manager wants to do QA work too, according to him there is no need of a QA team because he can do everything The entire company is such a bunch of demotivating people who favour people they know already and not the people who have knowledge or expertise.
