Dislikes

No job security can be fired at anytime. They will hire you for crertain skills and ask ypu to different work and then fire you saying performance issues. I dont recommend working here

workLife -> not balanced - if you have to share build today then you have to share to today weather to have to rest in office increment -> naa - the main reason behind leaving this company is they don't increase salary and manager will tell you, that your performance is not good enough. Every time when my increment is going to happen they will share a performance mail, that your work is not satisfactory job security -> not a chance - I have seen many nonTech employees laid off sudden - for Tech employees they leave the company coz of the toxic manager

... to complete the milestones on time, there are no excuses for that, trust me. There are a few factors for improvement no doubt, but policies are employee friendly, you get salary on time, your salary is not held up unnecessarily. Five day work week.There are games designed and placed for employees to unwind, team get together, fun days, bday celebrations, on job skills enhancement are all factored in. Not only that pantry for food etc is planned on top floor. Open door access to Sr management is, there, you can always approach them for resolution of your issues. Recommended for joining and career enhancement.

Dislikes

There are few minor factors for improvement and Sr management is aware of it, working on it. But overall still a much better employment prospects exist here with no harassment, no internal politics, which is a major plus point, and few short comings can be overlooked in the larger picture.

Rajat and Priyank, as political managers, tend to shift the blame onto others in order to protect themselves. They possess little to no technical knowledge. Additionally, it seems that many employees in the company prioritize protecting their own interests rather than fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
