There are no supporting things during lockdown. They have put us on LOP then salary cut one time 5% and next 40%... Now they have fired me from job. Reason is my poor performance but i don't think so...

Team management, Decision without taking employees opinion, Not any support, No cultural activities, no fun, only pressing for work day night, no overtime work bonus, very low salary, No any facilities and etc...

Likes

Iteanz is a company where a consultant can shape their career. Here we have an opportunity to learn many advanced SAP terminologies. Personally I got an opportunity to know some SAP technologies like SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, PI/PO Integration, SAP Mobility. The best thing working at Iteanz is, We can have work-life balance. As company has variety of clients, So I got to work on most of the ABAP objects. As company has good resource of clients, consultant is always engaged with work, hence no employee will be on bench. So job is secured here.

Dislikes

I'm expecting more training sessions on advanced technologies. It would be good if employee get salary on the month end, But here they process the salary on 6th of every month.

Nothing because management is only not aware on what to work upon.

Dislikes

No WLB,no respect for women employees. Lots of politics Biasness for language n everything..if you are a South Indian they ll respect.

I enjoy the environment, and I have learned a lot. The lessons I gained will be extremely beneficial to my professional development. I am extremely grateful to the company for providing me with this fantastic opportunity as an intern, as well as to the individuals who took the time to share their knowledge with me.
