Work culture- people in the system for years are at higher levels and there is a toxic culture. They expect you to keep working sometimes ruthlessly even on holidays.

Last 7 years I work with ITC Ltd It's beautiful journey And I learn more skills with my seniors and I am enjoy my work

... india But they are not focusing ground level employees, (salesman, PSR, TL,) These employee salary is very low and company not pay travel allowance and food allowance not providing any type of life insurance accidental insurance etc.

Medical benefits are good. Job security is good. poor compensation and other benefits, career growth is very poor. Responsibilities are more. We cannot manage work and personal life. They expect to do work even holidays also. No extra payment. Average 10+ working hours.
