They never give increment. They select for other work but give totally different field, they want flattery person, there no vehicle provided and they call employee in office even heavy rain, floods road.

I had the pleasure of working closely with our director, Mr. Kamal Grover Sir, and it was a truly enriching experience. I learned a great deal from him and appreciated his exceptional leadership and guidance. His dedication and involvement in the department are truly impressive, and his ability to manage the department single-handedly is a testament to his exceptional capabilities. Colleagues are nice. Pay is good

9-6 work hours. HR admin Suresh lacks professionalism. No policies for job security and female employees. No policies like POSH. Not much tools provided to the employees and they are asked for results. Here everything is manual seems like they are stuck in the 90s. Seniors feel threatened by juniors talent and try to supress them. People here arrive at 10-10:30 and stays till 7-8 pm and if the employee who is on time leaves early they give them looks. Alternate Saturday off policy has been introduced but there are always talk that might get shut down.

This is very nice company I did work here around 2 year I did work I am full satisfy work here neet and clean company my department drug was had been work here again i want work here because I am studying m.sc biotech as done my m.sc I will try definetly job regarding

AS ITC was my 1st Organisation. I am really thankful to this organisation for providing me opportunity to gain some new experience. But few things which I don’t liked about ITC was politics between teemmates and manager. Appraisal wise also company was biased. Otherwise everything was good .

Dislikes

Technical Manager was not too experienced to solve queries which comes after analysis. He used to manipulate data always after performing analysis also.
