- They will not know what to do with you. - Forget hikes and good increments. - The Management is clueless. - If you give an interview, don't chase after the HR because they will not roll out the offer letter even after you're selected and negotiations are done. Pathetic professionalism.

Dislikes

...eas I'd like to see improvement in are compensation and performance recognition. Based on industry standards, I feel that my salary could be more competitive. Additionally, while I've consistently delivered high-quality results and taken on extra responsibilities, I've found that my appraisals don't always reflect my hard work and contributions. I'm hoping that the company will consider these aspects to better recognize and reward employee efforts, which would not only motivate me but also help retain top talent.
