It's a very big organization. Truly I am so happy to working in this company.

Every year we are crossed the economic rate values are increased. But my salary level is not increased. This is only I'm so disappointment. Otherwise is very good company.

Management need to do review of their operation team and given them feedback as well as appreciation, so that employee can motivate and improve his work skill
