Based on client site, I like working on projects assigned.

Poor HR culture. They cut salary if attendance marking is missed by manager. Variable amount is high and getting 100% of variable something a big event. F&F average processing time is 6 months. Resource hiring is too slow they take average 6 months to hire a resource. Over all its a worst company I have seen in my career.

...efits. I feel that Back office staff related to payroll and HR not perform good. Ex:- one of the pantry boy didn't get his full salary almost 3 months, I dropped a mail to HR and payroll team they didn't respond properly and they took almost another 2-3months to resolve that to he didn't get his full arrears. I am thinking that in Hyderabad, back office staff damaging ISS brand because they took almost 10 months for providing uniform and shoes for HK staff and pantry boys. So many examples like this.

NO ANY WORK LIFE BALANCE BAD COMPANY CULTURE NOT SATISFACTION ABOUT JOB 0% JOB SECURITY(IF CONTRACT CANCEL THEN WE GET OUT FROM COMPANY) ONLY WORK NO ANY HAVE 100 APPROVALS THEN WORK IS NOT DONE APPLE AWARD GIVE WHO DONT WORK AND SOME PEOPLE WORK THEY DONT GIVE ANI APPRAISAL AND PRAMOTIONS NO ANY SALARY HIKE PEOPLE WORK 4-5 YEAR BUT THEY DONT GIVE ANY SALARY APPRAISAL AND BENEFITS AND PERKS. PEOPLE WORK HERE 12 -13 HOURS SOME TIME THEY DONT GIVE OT(OVER TIME) COMPANY COMMENTS THEY SUPPORT PEOPLES(WORKERS) COMPANY SAID GIVE EDUCATION ALLOWNCES AND SUPPORT BUT THEY ONLY SAID DONT GATE IT REALLY. THEY GIVE DESIGNATION OF ONE POSSITION AND GIVING WORK ANOTHER. FOR EXAMPLE: ONE PERSON WHO DONE THEIR JOB AS FACILITY EXECUTIVE AND THER SALARY IS SUOERVISOR AND DESIGNATION IS H.K SUP S1 GRADE.

Salary criteria needs to be upgraded... money matters when you give your best but nothing happens... Company Should Think about BONUS. Bcoz once in a year it's needed for growth I'm company. THNKQ
