In Ispat India there are work not tough.And the company production are best in our industrial areas because there compatibility is very good and highly productiveness​ is giving by there employe.Its product are exported all over india.

The company is open to innovation and reardly adopts latest technolgy.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.I have to work 12-24 hrs staight in a day .there is no on-job training for freshers,no guide line currently.
