1) Frontline workers getting more salary than management staffs 2) Working hours for management staffs 9 am to 7.30 pm Mon to Sat. For frontline workers 8.30 am to 5pm only. 3) MD Shivakumaran will come around 1 pm and he will leave around 7.30 pm till 7.30 management staffs only need to work. 4) There is no fixed date for salary credit. 5) There is no yearly increament for management staffs, frontline workers will get yearly increament every year, month and day. 6) Last minute urgency to change the drawing 7) Heavy internel politics 8) Canteen food not good 9) No growth 10) Don't waste your life here

Nagaraj got 11,576 rupees increment this year. Nagaraj don't know anything . Nagaraj and Vigneshwaran both are toxic for this company. Vigneshwaran and nagaraj husband and wife. Vigneshwaran will support nagaraj only. Vigneshwaran filling department incharge. I got 2500 rupees increment even hard work. Finally I am searching for new job.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
