There is no place for growth. and they are also not providing any leaving certificate or salary slip and all after leaving the company. also if you are leaving that company they will not clear your fnf not giving you any amount it just said it will clear in 45 days. but after 45 days you will only get one thing they do not provide any fnf after leaving the company. the work environment is so bad. and the director is very rude .hr the seniors do not respond to anything calls or texts. Do not join this company. The worst company I have ever joined. There is no respect for the employees. lots of work pressure.I will not recommend to anyone join this company.

Honest opinion is that they won't give u salary on time . The accountant is very rude in behaviour

Some staff is good but the HR and the senior accountant is very worst . They demotivate u to down the earth and realize u that u are waiste of time do nothing in life . I don't know why the team force me to do overtime work I don't know why they say do extra work or we will fire u there is no decision u to commite suicide or leave the organisation worst decision of my life to join this company . The accountant name is Prashant joshi . He is soo sad in his life that I can't tell u guys he always angry on everybody without any reason .

...anagement. But this is not only in this company but in all such small companies. We see no growth in terms of salary and incentives. Specially in sales. There is too much work pressure in sales. You give them good revenue but in return get salary and incentive in peanuts. Would not recommend anyone to join here in sales. Go for operations but again theres low salary.
