Too many to list 1. Selfish company, has toxic policies like long bond with unreasonable and fraud bond amount and notice period, never thinks of their employees and their betterment and will threaten you of your performance even when you are performing well. 2. Horrible work culture, doesn't have formal hierarchy and no professionalism internally and too much toxic work politics. 3. Doesn't care about Work- life balance and will ask you to overwork with no compensation. 4. Very small office, has no facilities at all for their employees. 5. Few leads have no manner to talk and will never support you, especially if you are a beginner there.

Overall, there is a good work life balance and also, we get good incentives. The employees' perks offered are great and ensure we are encouraged well. The Friday fun activities are a great relaxation from work.

The salary should be increased half-early

I joined 1 year back and am working as a senior consultant position. The higher management encourages communication and complement with timely salary and other incentives. Also, the team engagement and office get- together are a good break. I am glad I work with IRT.
