Iqvia needds to follow basic compliance policies, They dont provide allowances for weekend work. I had to escalate, HR did not help, I took it, they acknowledged they were doing unlawful activitities.

Dislikes

Company full of unlawful activity and disguting HR and mangaer. Dont even know how to provide Salary offer letters. Pathetic.

Likes

The company is good for those who want to keep good work-life balance. I like the fact that I am a part of forecasting team having good global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers are there to cascade every situation

It has a good job security and adopts latest technology. The work from home policy which was decided in my team was really good where i went to office for 4 days in a week.

Dislikes

Though the organisation has a good reputation but lacks a bit in terms of providing good compensation as well as a hike.

There is no as such work pressure.

Dislikes

Very low standard company, they give only 40-50 percent of annual bonus/variable. I got very high ratings still got only 40%. There is no hierarchy in management. No parties, No gifts, No appreciation. No holiday on National Holidays as well.

Salary is good when you join from other companies. Do ask for 100% hike. They will give you if you have talent. But don't depend on hikes and promotions

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is not at all great. It all depends on which team you work. But not great in most teams
