1.departmental staff behaviour is good. 2.They gave bus service for Morning and night duty staff. 3. Leave policy is good. 4.cleaning

...ur is not good. 2. Did not give respect one department to another department. 3. Salary not credited on time. 4.canteen food quality is not good and it's MRP is high for staff (veg minimum rs. 45/plate) 5. HOD behaviour and language is not professional or good.

Patients are cool. Not demanding at all. Doctors are also cool.

Dislikes

Salary never in time, some time 2-3 month lagging. ( last 2-3 yr treads) Forget about growth and increments. No job security . No in service training. Horrible attitude of HR department towards its own staff/doctors.

Else, Durgapur is a nice peaceful place to stay with all the educational benefits and privileges that you enjoy in a large city and very well-connected by roads, rail and air.

...and keep a low profile, you are made the scapegoat for anything that goes wrong. your salary, increments get held up though you have performed well. Salary for the old-timers are low, niggardly unsubstantial and frankly insulting. to add injury to an insult, they bring in superbly incompetent egotistic

This college is facing financial problems. May close down soon. They even failed to credit my salary,when I left the institution. You won't get your increments. The college is built by a promoter. He just takes the money and invests it elsewhere. Everybody's is leaving this institution. Don't join to regret later.

Infrastructure. Some of the colleagues were nice.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work environment. They don't give the full salary which is quoted at the time of joining. Salary is delayed sometimes by 5 to 6 months.
