There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In the company, which thing is dislike by me that was Politics against teammates. Supporting culture is at low stage, only you will have to fight for self if you find yourself in trouble. If you have the extra expertise for doing your work then you can think so.... otherwise

I have been working in this company from last 6 years, no doubt to say organisation is very supportive and delivering rapid growth to all their employees, considering all ups and downs, Most important management always ready to pitch up thier staff to promote on opportunistic level.
