ZERO Job security. They'll hire you just like that and fire you just like that. You'll lose the client and it's the end of the story.

...service was also there which is free for employees. Huge cafeteria for chilling. They give good salary bonus.

Salary and bonus provided is decent but career growth is slow.

iPlace has fantastic work policies like Gym reimbursements, Annual Health Check Up, Automatic pay hikes periodically (launchpad) etc.

Dislikes

iPlace Manager's and iPlace's strategy to handle any situation is its worst disadvantage. They will hire rapidly for unnecessary reason and fire even faster for no reasons. iPlace selection of Manager's is worst in any industry. The manager's knowledge is less than the executives who work in the team. If iPlace change its managers and iPlace improves its strategy then It will be a great place to work.

Poor Management, Poor decisions, No experienced account Managers. No.Job security at all. Not having strong hold of running accounts. On Top of it Delivery Heads push to work about 10-12 hours even on weekends, Pressure is too high and it leads to many health Issues. Management have to appoint right and experienced into Delivery Managers but not the well speaking, Communicated Figures as Managers.

Likes

Launchpad is one good thing I loved and a lots of appraisals and promotions. Another thing work from home environment is always the top priority.

Dislikes

Backup recruiters career is at stake, the managers will force us to put in a resignation. #narcissist_environment.
