There many -no mediclaim - toxic environment - stupid management - CQA people are double faced - no job security - no work life balance - salary is also low - lab assistant (that to contract based) has more demand than officer

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive, company policies are good. There is no objection to your job until you don't break the company rules

The company installed a lots of new global standard pharmaceutical instruments in their all production plant.This is a good opportunity for an employee to learn new technology . Most of my teammates and senior were good and supportive in nature .job security was good in Ipca Labs .Company re hire policy was good.
