Safety culture was better compared to other pvt organisation in same field.

...aken over by Adani group now. Not sure how the culture is impacted post that. Pay is less compared to market standards.

Only one thing can be beneficial that is name of Indian Oil . This is the only reason why people join this company.

...o spend comapny money in the name of leadership program which has no outcomes. They will spend lakhs on it but will never increase salary for employee. The culture here is to terminate employee with salary of 20k per month and recruit another in the same position with a higher salary. This is purely community driven company. If you are a tamilian then your side is safe.

Job security is great. Lot of learning opportunities. Seniors are very helpful. Salary gets credited on time. Benefits are excellent.

Career growth opportunity is not a lot. Work-life balance is not good.

Good oppertunity comes your way through internal job postings. Salary offered is very good comparing with industry standard. Overseas trainings are common as Oiltanking Germany is vouched for it. Code of conduct and values are driven by felt leadeship. Good place to work for.

Sometimes work life balance is a tough choice and work pressure over rides all.

No team work, no training, neither security. Career growth is NIL. Salary and appraisal is for name sake basically it's an eye wash. Politics is too much. Work environment is zero. 7
