The processes are good but they are never practiced. Your hard work does not matter. There is so much politics that it paves way for no work environment and job insecurity.

Why do you even want to work here?No rules and regulations, no policies. No job satisfaction. When you work hard, complete you work in shortest time possible, they will use abusive words and throw you out like they have done to many important people. Company is running blind folded on the shoulders of 4-5 people they think are important. They have no considerations for others.
