Their work culture and giving salaries on time .All the employees are friendly and helping. You can learn a lot . Good place for a fresher for learn and grow. A bes place to work . Previously work culture was great but frequently they are trying to make it hectic.

It's a hell to join Invincix. They have hired me in low salary as I wanted to come down to bbsr for my family situation. They have mentioned probation period for 3 month but they didn't confirmed my employment rather they have stretched it for more 2 months. They never stick to the job role they offered you.....they keep changing it ....and at the end in 7th Month they fired me stating that they don't required the position anymore for which they hired me and ask me to leave the company. Such an unprofessional company. Playing with career of needy people. Shame on it.

Almost everything... No professionalism, no promotion, they are not true to their words, salary is too less for almost 90% of their employees, acquaintance benefits. And the list goes long to be honest.

Yes, somehow they help people to grow like give chance to the freshers to prove themselves.

The new culture they are following like believe in the feedbacks of lead without doing any verification. And they are following the rules according to their priority of employees.
