...such thing dislike about the company.Everything is good as far as i experienced.Compensation is moderate and scope of learning is little less for non technical employee

Sales managers have not give that much sopport to the employee..huge politics are thr..as offrole employee they gave me worst treatment..not happy with sales Managers....but company is very good...I am not mentioning the name of those managers but....huge politics... worst experience of mine in retail sales.

Giving my best skills and knowledge and working on the domain which I was not skilled on, learning new tools and leadership engagement on various initiatives and projects

No defined goals and objectives, no transparency, miscommunications from management to employees in terms of performance appraisals, no constructive feedback’s during quarterly appraisals

Invesco has a good culture and is very employee friendly with good policies

It is very rigid and laid back in terms of technology. Senior management doesn’t push on important aspects and pace of projects gets affected
