Working at Intuit has good benefits & salary. It’s good for first year. They will give lot of perks at 1st year

Dislikes

It has very toxic culture. Remember if they hire you for high package they want you from 9 to 2 am. It’s very hectic work culture. Manager called late night & work.

...urs time. On-call rotation is almost bi-weekly due to less people in each time. Intuit gets double of what they pay each month to you. Intuit India gets scrap/maintenance work from US and no hands on coding from scratch. Never ever plan to join Intuit better join company even with lesser package but will have better peace of mind and WLB.

Full-time contract
I have received an Fixed term contract offer from a software product company. According to the respective POC, they would convert the contract to full-time employment. This role is with one of the leading Fintech company. Need advice weather consider this role or aim for a full time roles only. 1 small update to this post; I got impacted last Month, hence started a new job hunt.
