Great place for internship I really appreciate intrics management , manager's team lead and all Few month ago I joined intrics in data mining Da under shahbaz sir/ravi sir both are very supportive team leader treated as friend . In this company from day one i learned something new once finishing the task team leader allow to learn other technical skills like SQL powerbi and he always provide his great guidance so I like the intrics culture and always recommend to the new joiners thank-you 🥰🥰

Sometimes we need to do extra hour after shift but not getting OT with salary if possible please send OT money with salary instead of coupon it worthless 😎 overall everything is awesome

1. You might get wfh opportunity but it depends on the project 2. Every month birthday celebration. 3. As a small company everybody knows everyone.

No salary hike , politics in team , managers or TL in scraping team poor politics,no growth. Chatoo employee only survive. Hr not listening any talk against managers or office problems.

Overall, the company is average, but I am puzzled by the presence of some emplyees. For example Sobhnat Jaiswal in marketting seems unnecessary. It appears he's closely aligned with VP who sits in the US, serving mainly as a channel for information and internal politics at the noida center. Beyond that his understanding pf what RDSoultion is doing is zero. It seems like a total waste of resources to have him in this position, Additionally, the VP seems to favour those who engage in flattery. On a positive nore, the executive director is approachable and always ready to help.

Dislikes

I have worked here for more than a year. Our Manager, Faizan, lacks technical skills, and he struggles to communicate effectively with US team. It's perplexing why he hold this position when there might be more suitable candidates, especially since other team member are highly competent in web scrapping. Moreover, he is completely favoured by the VP, who uses him to stay informed about all the internal politics at the noida center. Vp also expect buttering.

According to me intrics provide best environment and infrastructure and it is very good company for both fresher and experience person it pay salary timely and senior and and management, manager nature is very good and polite
