My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislike will be starting from on boarding the employees all are pathetic...salary will be not on time ...after 7th of every month ...main issues with them is no job guarantee...one fine day suddenly you will get call from HR and he will say that due to non performance of the organization and no improvements they are layoffing the employees...they don't don't mind whoever it is ...they just say please resign ...and no budget for any marketing activities even single rupee...particularly they will not spend in south region ...but they will spend IPL every time and as usual it will be a big loss which every one knows it ...

BAD things - Work life balance is non-existent, Salary is too low and way below industry standards, Bosses are Unprofessional and can be classified as Uneducated, HR does not know how to do their job, 6 days working, They fire people after low sales in any month to balance their P&L, Unethical Job practices, SXUAL Harassment cases are rampant against the ones in power, Exploitation and curry favours are the Norm, Women are given money/higher salary/higher position to shut their mouth against SXUAL harassment

Terrible management 14-16 hours duty No weekly off Even in corona period this company didn't give any salary to employees. No job security. Very bad management. Only chamcha's salary increment. Pls dont join this type of company.

One of the poorest firm. They wants us to work 24/7. Hr policies are good. But as a whole go join intex learn new things den switch it as intex believe in cost cutting. No team work, bad language, poor dead management peoples.
